Log in at Sisel.net. Go to “Account”. Find the “Password” section and click on its accompanying “Edit” link. Enter a password in the “PLEASE CHOOSE A PASSWORD” and in “PLEASE RE-ENTER YOUR PASSWORD” sections. Click on the “Save Changes” button.
Autoship Program
Autoship orders ensure that you receive your favorite products at a discount monthly. Your selected Sisel essentials will be shipped automatically on your chosen date. You can edit or cancel your subscription anytime by logging in at Sisel.net, selecting “Auto Orders,” and editing there, or by calling 1-801-704-6700.
To modify your Autoship order, log in at Sisel.net, go to "Auto Orders,” and make your changes. Be sure to save your changes. Alternatively, call 1-801-704-6700.
To cancel, log in at Sisel.net, go to “Auto Orders” and delete your order template. You may also call 1-801-704-6700 to cancel or modify your order.
Return/Refund Policy
Sisel offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee on resaleable product. The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange.
- All merchandise must be returned by the Preferred Customer or Distributor who purchased it directly from Sisel.
- All products need to be in their original containers, unopened and in resalable condition, and not within six months of the product expiration.
- The product needs to be properly packaged and shipped by the Preferred Customer or Distributor who purchased the product.
Sisel is not responsible for damaged or lost products during shipping. All returns must be shipped to Sisel pre-paid. Sisel does not accept shipping-collect packages.
To return or exchange an item, follow these three steps:
- Package your return securely with a copy of your invoice.
- Use a trackable delivery service to send it back to us.
- Ensure returns are shipped within 30 days of receiving your order. Do not combine orders for return; send only one order per package.
